Josie’s Bakehouse began during a season of anticipation, when I was pregnant with my daughter, Josie, and craving the nostalgic sweets I grew up loving. What started as a desire for something familiar quickly became an exploration of how those classic treats could be made better. Thoughtfully, from scratch, and with intention.
I’m Nikki, the founder and baker behind Josie’s Bakehouse. I began reimagining childhood favorites, perfecting doughs, fillings, and flavors, not as novelties, but as refined, gift-worthy desserts. Over time, that passion grew into Josie’s Bakehouse, a boutique bakery rooted in warmth, consistency, and careful curation.
Today, Josie’s Bakehouse specializes in elevated cookies, signature pop-tarts, and thoughtfully composed gifting collections. Our offerings are intentionally pre-set and designed to feel polished and effortless, whether they are being shared with clients, teams, or loved ones at the table.
Named in honor of the little girl who inspired it all, Josie’s Bakehouse is built on the belief that the most meaningful gifts are simple, well-made, and memorable. Every box is prepared with care and presented in a way that feels considered from the first glance to the last bite.
