How do I place an order?
All corporate gifting orders and celebration requests begin with an inquiry through our website.
We offer curated, pre-set collections for both corporate gifting and celebrations. Once your inquiry is submitted, we’ll confirm availability and guide you through the next steps.
Any standard orders can be placed directly through our Shop page.
Do you offer custom orders?
Our offerings are intentionally pre-set to ensure consistency, quality, and ease. We do not offer custom menus, flavor substitutions, or bespoke builds.
Seasonal features and rotating flavors are curated by our team and updated throughout the year.
Where do you offer pickup or delivery?
Pickup and delivery details are confirmed during the ordering process. Delivery availability may vary based on order type and location.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. Corporate gifting orders and celebration packages are confirmed once payment is completed.
Because all offerings are prepared to order, pricing is fixed and non-refundable once confirmed.
How far in advance should I place my order?
Lead time is required for all orders, and availability is limited each week.
We recommend submitting your inquiry as early as possible to secure your preferred date.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Due to the nature of made-to-order baking, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or changes once an order has been confirmed.
Do you offer wedding cakes?
We do not offer cakes at this time.
However, we do provide thoughtfully curated dessert collections and seasonal cookie boards for weddings, showers, corporate events, and intimate gatherings.
